His extensive experience spans technical expertise, strategic insight, and effective leadership. This enables him to make substantial contributions in program management, capital engineering projects, manufacturing operations enhancement, and supply chain strategy development. With a demonstrated record of fostering positive change and consistently achieving results in dynamic environments, Jon is a valuable team member.
As an experienced leader and coach, Jon has also played a pivotal role in team development and recruitment, nurturing a culture of growth and excellence. John Pinder
Finance Director
John is a commercially astute supply chain finance specialist. He has 25 years of experience in FMCG, building expertise in site operations, logistics, corporate control and reporting, category management and finally project control.
Comfortable working as part of site management teams, supporting the delivery of lean/optimization programs where multiple low-level saving projects mean an eye for detail is essential. Also, he is equally as comfortable working with large investments, providing cost control and contract management.
Covering new product launches, factory build, line installation, packaging changes, and supply chain rationalisation developing a strong customer focus with the ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders’ requirements to stretching deadlines. Furthermore, he is able to turn data into meaningful insight at operations and senior level enabling operational efficiencies and strong financial controls. John is happy to work with direct and indirect management responsibilities, developing ways of working and process improvements enabling the delivery of short- and long-term objectives to a high standard.

With a proven track record, Dave has delivered multi-million-pound, high-profile, and mission-critical projects, strategically handling them at both a tactical and strategic level. His ability to propel engineering cultures to new heights has earned him a reputation for consistent delivery. His core proficiencies encompass project design, comprehensive building layout, scoping, and adept management.
